Please submit your abstract for oral or poster presentation here.
The deadline for submissions is 15 January 2025. Please note that you are required to use the template below when preparing your abstract. The abstracts will be published on the website and in an abstract booklet.
Guidelines for Oral presentations:
- The time available for standard oral presentation is 12 minutes and 2 minutes for questions.
- Acceptable digital format for presentation – 16×9 ppx PowerPoint for Windows or PDF.
- It will not be possible to use personal laptops – presenters should therefore ensure they use presentations features compatible with PC and standard fonts.
- We request you to bring you presentation to the presentation computer at latest during the coffee break before your session.
Guidelines for Rapid Fire presentations:
- The time available for Rapid Fire presentation is 3 minutes.
- No discussion is expected after a Rapid Fire presentation, instead, the point of Rapid Fire is to draw the attention of the audience to presenter’s poster, which is presented on the same day. Thus any discussion is expected to happen at the later poster session.
- Acceptable digital format for presentation – 16×9 ppx PowerPoint for Windows or PDF.
- It will not be possible to use personal laptops – presenters should therefore ensure they use presentations features compatible with PC and standard fonts.
- We request you to bring you presentation to the presentation computer at latest during the coffee break before your session.
- Participants should bring their own posters.
- All presentations and posters must be prepared in English.
Guidelines for Poster presentations:
- Participants should bring their own posters.
- All posters must be prepared in English.
- Poster boards’ dimensions (including frames) will be A0: 100 cm in width and 200 cm in height. To keep good legibility of the poster, we recommend a maximum size of 90 cm (35.4 inches) in width and 120 cm (47.2 inches) in length. Please use the “portrait” position.
- Posters should be set up in the Poster Area in the morning of the day when you are presenting.
- Posters left in the Poster Area after its closing will be discarded.
- The presenting author should be available near the poster during the Poster Sessions to discuss their poster with interested colleagues.
- There will be one poster board for each poster. Poster boards will be marked with numbers according to the numbering of posters as given in the program.
- Conference Staff will assist and provide pins for fastening the posters.
