Travel and accommodation

Accommodation is included in the registration fee. During registration, participants will be asked to select their preference for a single or double room.

Helsinki Airport has a direct train connection to Hämeenlinna railway station. After collecting your luggage, follow the signs for the train (juna) in the airport. The train station is located in the basement of the terminal, and tickets can be purchased from ticket machines or on the VR website and app (www.vr.fi).

Bus shuttle will be available to transport participants to Vanajanlinna (conference venue) from Hämeenlinna railway station on Tuesday 6th of May according to the schedule below:

At 12:00 Hämeenlinna Railway Station – At 12:30 H Vanajanlinna

At 13:00 Hämeenlinna Railway Station – At 13:30 H Vanajanlinna

At 14:00 Hämeenlinna Railway Station – At 14:30 H Vanajanlinna

At 15:00 Hämeenlinna Railway Station – At 15:30 H Vanajanlinna

At 16:00 Hämeenlinna Railway Station – At 16:30 H Vanajanlinna

Bus shuttle will be also available to transport participants to Hämeenlinna railway station from Vanajanlinna (conference venue) on Friday 9th of May according to the schedule below:

At 07:30 Vanajanlinna – At 08:00 Hämeenlinna Railway Station

At 09:00 Vanajanlinnan – At 09:30 Hämeenlinna Railway Station
