Payment
The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email. Finnish companies can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. If you choose payment with an invoice, please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.
Please note that the orders are binding and non-refundable.

Welcome Reception: price on request
On Tuesday 6 May 2025, there will be a Welcome Reception for all registered participants. Interested companies have the opportunity to sponsor this event. The reception is in a relaxed setting with excellent opportunity for networking. The sponsor will obtain:

- Roll-ups (supplied by the company) will be displayed in the dinner area
- Oral acknowledgement by the conference chairs during the Welcome reception

Conference dinner: price on request
