A limited number of travel bursaries will be available for conference participants, particularly to cover the costs of conference attendance and low carbon travel. Please check the designated box on the abstract submission form if you would like to be contacted about this possibility. Your preference for a bursary will not affect the outcome of the abstract selection process.
Deadlines:
June 15 (may vary across the conference hubs): deadline for submission of bursary requests
July 31: deadline for registration
August: confirmation of in-person format (virtual option also remains), circulation of preliminary programme (may vary across the hubs)
October 20-21: the conference! Expect panels to run during business hours (9-5) or slightly later.
