The abstract submission period is officially closed, but if you have missed the deadline and would still like to submit, please, send your abstract through the online submission system and in addition, inform the local organizers of your submission by email. Please submit an abstract in English for Atlanta, Africa (online) and Tampere hubs, English or German for Berlin hub, and English or Hungarian for Hajdúböszörmény hub.
The hubs in Berlin and Hajdúböszörmény will arrange for sessions in German or Hungarian, and translation to/from English will also be provided during the conference.
The abstract submission system will offer further guidelines on the structure and content of the abstract.
The approximate maximum length of individual abstract is 300 words.
To submit a panel, include a brief 300 words description of the panel’s overall theme and rationale, and also include the paper abstracts (maximum 3 for a panel) which are 300 words long and include the name and email addresses of the presenters.
