All papers are required to have at least one author that is registered by paying the full registration. At the moment of registration, the accepted paper’s ID will be requested. Accepted papers need to be registered by the “Early Deadline”.

Definition of the full registration: Registration as IEEE member, IES member, and Non-IEEE member.

IEEE ICPS conference policy requires that at least one of the authors of your paper pay the full regular registration fees to allow for the inclusion of the paper in (i) the conference program and (ii) the IEEE-Xplore.

It is noted that Student registration does not cover the publication of an accepted paper (a regular registration is needed).

Remark: One full regular registration will cover one paper. Each additional paper from the same registering author (in total up to two additional papers) will require an additional fee of 50% of full registration. For instance, for 1 paper registered implies 1 full registration. 2 papers registered by the same author implies 1.5 full registration (1 + 0.5). 3 papers registered by the same author implies 2 full registrations (1 + 0.5 + 0.5).

The maximum paper length is 4 pages for work-in-progress papers (WIP), and 6 pages for all other papers (tracks, special sessions). An additional over-length fee of 50 EUR per page is required for each page in excess of the page limit. A max of 2 additional pages can be purchased for both paper categories.

Full regular registration: Covers all online technical sessions including the eProceedings.

Student registration: Covers all online technical sessions including the eProceedings.

Please register a single participant or a group for the conference by filling the registration form.

The Early Bird fees are valid until 4 May 2020. Late registration is open until 2 June 2020. All registrations include participation in the conference program over the internet and access to materials.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations received by 2 June 2020, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be for the registrants account. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi. 

 

Registration for Participants of the Online Conference
(for Non-registered Authors)

For the participation in the online conference, for non-registered authors, a registration fee can be pay per day: Covers the online technical sessions of the registered day/days.

REGISTRATION SYSTEM

PAYMENT

The participation fee(s) is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing  (invoicing fee of 20 EUR will be added) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice (only one invoicing fee charged). The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary fee of 20 EUR (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.

Please note that the members of a group registration can change their information through the Edit your information link in their personal confirmation e-mail.
