Vaccination
We are not in the position to ask the participants of the event to show evidence for their vaccination. However, for the safety of the event to the participants, to our staff and students on campus, as well as to the public health system, we hope all participants of TISCARE be fully vaccinated.
Masks
Please be prepared to use the mask during the event. In this regard, we will follow the local guidelines of COVID policies, and update the information to the event homesite as well as send it directly to all the registered participants closer to the event.
What if a face-to-face event is not possible in the end of April?
In case the COVID19 pandemic still prohibits us from having a face-to-face symposium in Finland in the end of April, our fist option will be to postpone the event to the autumn. The alternative dates are still to be confirmed, but these would most likely around the end of September – early October. The aims of TISCARE2022 are such that we cannot fully reach them in a virtual event.
In case we have to postpone the event to the autumn, and the new dates would not suit you and you have already paid for your registration, do not worry: we would refund your registration fee upon request.
