Eighth Biennial Enhancing Sales Force Productivity Conference Programme May 20-22, 2024

The conference will begin at 4:00 PM on Monday, May 20 with a welcoming reception.  The conference resumes at 8:15 AM on Tuesday, May 21 and will feature an industry keynote and a plenary session and concurrent tracks of academic presentations. This will be followed by a dinner and a keynote speech. The conference will continue with an industry keynote and continue with concurrent academic presentation sessions on Wednesday, May 22 from 8:15 AM until 3:00 PM.

Monday, May 20

4 PM: A welcoming reception with snacks and drinks, registration at Paidia (Address: Kansikatu 3, Tampere)

4.30 PM: Keynote speech: Prof. Javier Marcos Cuevas: Artificial Intelligence in Strategic Sales & Key Account Management: Exploring Opportunities, Benefits and Risks.

5.00 PM: Keynote speech: Jens Sundell, CEO of Kaksio Labs – How modern CRM technology enhances the daily routines of salespeople and sales management?

6 PM: Sightseeing walk to Vapriikki

6.30 PM: Welcoming Occasion by the Tampere city with cocktail service and exploring an art exhibition.

Tuesday, May 21

8.15 AM: Registration at Paidia.

8.30 AM: Welcome and orientation.

8.50 AM: Opening words by Committee Members & Introduction to first plenary session.

9.00 AM: A plenary session and concurrent tracks of academic presentations centered around the theme of the future of B2B Sales Practice and Research.

10.45 AM: Coffee

11.15 AM: A plenary session and concurrent tracks of academic presentations centered around the theme of incentives and motivation.

1.00 PM: Lunch

2.00 PM: A plenary session and concurrent tracks of academic presentations centered around the theme of customer interaction and communication.

3.00 PM: Coffee

3.20 PM: A plenary session and concurrent tracks of academic presentations centered around the theme of negotiation in sales and sales force tactics.

9.30 AM: A plenary session and concurrent tracks of academic presentations centered around the theme of role of AI in sales.

10.20 AM: Coffee

10.45 AM: A plenary session and concurrent tracks of academic presentations centered around the theme of behavior and performance.

12.00 PM: Networking lunch with business representives in the Tampere region.

1.15 PM: A plenary session and concurrent tracks of academic prensentations continues  around the theme of behavior and performance.
