Minä ja Nieminen is an electroacoustic pop band from Tampere. The name could be translated as Me and Nieminen, Nieminen being a typical Finnish surname. Their music has a strong effect on the human rhythmic nerve, and you can hear echoes of funk, folk, afrobeat and ancient electrical music. When performing, Teemu Kiiskilä, Henrika Nieminen and Rinna Ahlman cause smiles, swaying hips and fierce winds. Talented local dancers from Dance Studio Razzmatazz perform simultaneously with the band.
