EBEN Doctoral Student Tutorial

The European Business Ethics Network (EBEN) Finland warmly invites doctoral students to take part in the Doctoral Student Tutorial at Tampere University, organized in connection with the Responsible Business Research Conference 2026. The conference will take place on 11–12 March 2026, with the tutorial scheduled for 12 March 2026.

If your doctoral research—whether in Finland or abroad—engages with ethical perspectives, we encourage you to submit a proposal for consideration. Please note that the tutorial is an in-person event only; participation requires attendance on site in Tampere.

The organizing committee will review all proposals, giving priority to EBEN members while also welcoming applications from non-members. If you are not yet a member but would like to join, further information is available at: https://www.eben-net.fi/.

The tutorial is designed to support doctoral students in business ethics by providing a welcoming forum to present research plans and works-in-progress, exchange ideas, and receive constructive feedback that can advance their doctoral journey. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from and engage with experienced faculty members. The tutors—professors and researchers from Finland and abroad—are recognized for their expertise in the field and their commitment to encouraging the next generation of scholars.

Please submit your proposal abstract (200 words) by 30.1.2026 through the conference system by selecting EBEN Doctoral Student Tutorial. Accepted participants will receive further details regarding the presentation and organization of the tutorial by mid-February. Accepted participants will be asked to submit a research plan (1000 words / 3 pages) by the end of February.
