Early bird fee is valid until 3 March, normal fee from 4 March until 28 March, onsite registration on 29-30 March.
The registration fee includes the conference programme, materials, scheduled lunches and coffee breaks, City of Tampere reception and the conference dinner.

The discount will be greater than or equal to your membership fee, making joining effectively free! Applications submitted prior to the registration deadline will be considered valid for the discounted rates.
PAYMENT
The participation fee(s) is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations received by 8 March 2023, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
