Exhibition package for companies includes:
- Rent of the exhibition area (approximately 2–3 m wide x 1,5–2 m deep),
- Electricity (10 A max 1kW),
- Table(s), chair(s),
- Participation fee of the conference for ONE person/company (including conference materials, conference dinner, reception, lunches and coffee breaks (according to the conference program), free participation in oral and poster sessions),
- Company’s name and logo on the Physics Days 2023 page and in the final program,
- Company’s ad in the Abstract Book (online version),
- Free wireless Internet-connection is available throughout the whole building.
- Reservation of the exhibition packages should be done by March 8, 2023,
- Price per package is 1350 € (+VAT 24 %),
We also offer companies a sponsorship opportunity for 300 € (excl. VAT 24 %), including the company logo on the conference webpage and slides between/before sessions and in the program.
Payment
The order and payment of the exhibition packages and sponsorship opportunities is done with this form (link opens to a new window). The payment is made with a credit card. A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish companies can also choose invoicing or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. If you choose payment with an invoice, please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.
Please note that the orders are binding and non-refundable. Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance.
