A career planning workshop is planned for students and post-doctoral researchers. This workshop will provide an insight into how to write a cover letter, offer an introduction into the basics of resume writing and encourage the participants to begin thinking about their career pathway. Participants will evaluate own individual qualifications, skills and job visions. We will explore different occupational alternatives: career at university/research center or “outside”, e.g. in a company. Experiences with other scientists who are in a similar professional situation will be shared.
