The abstract submission deadline for the oral presentations was on February 15th and the poster abstract submission deadline was on 30 April 2026.
All abstracts will undergo peer review and the accepted abstracts will be published as an e-publication proceedings.
Note: At least one author of an accepted abstract must register for the conference to present the study. Only presentations and posters by registered participants will be included in the programme. Registration must be completed at latest on 10 May 2026 (extended deadline).

Journals
NORDTRIB 2026 is collaborating with several publishers. Selected papers will have the opportunity to be published in leading journals, including Wear, Journal of Tribology, Advanced Engineering Materials, and Tribologia – Finnish Journal of Tribology.
Those authors who have expressed their intention to publish a full length article when they have submitted the abstract, will be contacted during April 2026 for further information.
