Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities

The exhibition will run in parallel with the conference, offering a prime opportunity to engage with delegates, demonstrate your products, and build valuable relationships. The exhibition area is strategically located in the Main auditorium foyer, adjacent to lecture rooms and refreshment areas, ensuring maximum visibility and foot traffic throughout the event.

Choose from a range of sponsorship and exhibition packages designed to suit different levels of engagement and exposure. All sponsorships are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with “Impact wear” sponsorships receiving top priority. Each sponsorship includes prominent recognition on the conference website, featuring your logo and a direct link to your site.

Abrasive wear package – 3 000 € + VAT

VAT 25,5 % will be added to the prices, if applicable.
