Fees
- Participation fees, Early bird, 500 € (deadline 30.4.2026)
- Participation fees, 600 € (deadline19.5.)
- Participation fees, Doctoral students, 400 € (the certificate of student status need to be presented)
- Avec 250 € (includes only the social activities and the conference dinner)
The participation fees include the conference programme, scheduled coffees and lunches, City of Tampere reception on 9 June, social activities on 10 June and the conference dinner on 11 June.
All the fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 1 May 2026, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
