- Each oral presentation has a 20-minute time slot, which includes 5 minutes for questions.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- The poster session is arranged on Tuesday 9 June at 15.20-17.00.
- Please place your poster after the registration and remove it on the last day of the conference
- Poster size: A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm)
- Template: There is no official poster template.
Quick Tips for a Scientific Poster
- Focus on One Key Message – Keep it clear and simple.
- Use Visuals – Prefer graphs and images over text.
- Limit Text – Short bullet points, large readable fonts.
- Organize Content – Title, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
- Choose Colors Wisely – High contrast, 2–3 colors max.
- Make It Self-Explanatory – Assume viewers read the poster without you.
- Add Contact Info – Name, affiliation, email.
- Check Before Printing – Test layout, image quality, and readability.
