Registration

Registration for participants for the 2023 event is open until 31.1.2023.

Please note that the registration for presenters has ended. Thank you for all the proposals!

 

Participation Fee

There is a participation fee of 170 € (VAT included) for Eye on TAMK 2023 Teacher/Education Track (including Non-Teaching Staff content).

For Educational Leadership Track the participation fee is 270 € (VAT included). 

The participation fee includes the following: 

  • The full professional programme 
  • Lunches (Monday to Thursday) 
  • Networking events, including speed networking for professional purposes
  • Social and cultural events during the week (Monday to Thursday) 

For those attending the Educational Leadership Track the fee includes also:

  • Educational Leadership discussions
  • Visits to educational institutions of different levels in Tampere region

Note: For TAMK staff and students there is no participation fee.

The fee does not cover travel, insurance, or accommodation costs during your stay in Tampere. The participants will be billed prior to the actual event. 

N.B. Please do not book any flights or accommodation until you have received a confirmation of your participation from us.

 

Erasmus+ 

If you are attending  Eye on TAMK 2023, we suggest you come under the framework of ERASMUS+ (teaching (STA) or non-teaching (STT) mobility). Information on which documents you need to send to us and by when will be sent to the accepted participants before the event.  

 

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received by 20.02.2023, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be for the registrants account. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to eyeontamk@tuni.fi.
