Journey planner for local busses. For smart phones you can load an app called “Nysse-Reittiopas”. You can use “TTY” as the destination when coming to the campus. Bus no. 20 comes from the center close to the campus.

Menus of  restaurants at the campus … sorry, in Finnish only. Naturally, you can use the servcies of any of restaurant, but some tables are reserved for us at the far end of restaurant Reaktori at Kampusareena … giving chance to meet people and continue discussions over the lunch break.

Registration system is still open – better late than never!

The presenting authors of all papers should register to the convention by October 11th, providing the following information:

  • Brief biography for introduction at the convention (e.g., research group and topics, position/status as student or researcher)
  • Eligibility for the Young Scientist award: Following the tradition, a trophy will be awarded to a promising scientist who is under 35 years of age at the time of the convention and gives an oral presentation of a paper in which she/he is the first author.
  • Agreement to published the paper in open-access at the conference website. By accepting this, you agree that your abstract(s) are published in open-access at the conference webpage, under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (c.c. BY 4.0) International License (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided you give appropriate credit to the original author(s) and the source, provide a link to the Creative Commons license, and indicate if changes were made.

Also other guests and non-presenting authors attending the conference are strongly recommended to register by October 11th, just providing basic personal info. The convention is free of registration fees, but coffee/refreshments during the breaks are only for registered participants.
