Registration for Pedaforum closed on May 22, 2023.


Prices:

Entry fee for 2 days, including lunches, coffee services, and conference dinner at Pakkahuone 300 €

Entry fee for 2 days, including lunches and coffee services, not including conference dinner 220 €

Students (including lunches, coffee services, and conference dinner) and staff of the Universities community (including lunches and coffee services, not including conference dinner) 150 €

Virtual event, including both keynote speeches in simultaneous interpretation and one track of parallel sessions (Festia Iso sali) 80 €.

Payment:
The participation fee(s) is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card or with online banking. It is also possible to choose invoicing as payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.

NB! TAU Staff member: Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select TAU Staff Member (internal transfer).

Cancellation policy:
For cancellations received by 22 May 2023, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
