Share your research
We welcome you to share your ongoing research and knowledge with the MET community!
MET Research Days brings together researchers and students from across the MET faculty, including cell and molecular biology, biophysics and biomedical informatics, clinical medicine, and engineering. The event also brings together participants from other faculties, PIRHA, and companies.
The aim of the Research Days is to build new collaboration networks, strengthen multidisciplinary research, and increase interaction between research groups at MET (at TAU).
Abstract selection
Based on the submitted abstracts, contributions will be selected for:
- research presentations (10 min)
- poster pitches (2 min)
- poster presentations (at the poster exhibition)
Abstracts will be selected primarily based on 1) multidisciplinary relevance and clarity and 2) scientific quality and content.
Before submitting your abstract, please read the Abstract Instructions carefully. The instructions provide detailed information on preparing and formatting your abstract.
Publication of abstracts
Selected abstracts will be compiled and published on the MET Research Days website.
When submitting your abstract, you can choose whether you allow your abstract to be published openly online. If you do not want your abstract to be published, you can indicate this on the submission form.
Please note, however, that the event itself is public – that is, open for all.
After submission
Once the abstracts have been reviewed, submitters will be contacted and informed of the outcome and, for selected contributions, the assigned presentation format. Presentation instructions will be provided in the same communication. Notification decisions will be communicated before registration for the event closes.
Important: abstract submission is not event registration
Submitting an abstract does not register you for the event.
