Connect, explore and build new collaborations
The TAU/MET–Anthem Foundation Joint Online Research Day on 21 October 2026 will bring together researchers from both organizations to exchange knowledge, explore common interests and identify opportunities for collaboration.
The event is designed to be interactive and matchmaking-oriented. Participants are encouraged to present their research and expertise, share ideas, meet potential collaborators and explore opportunities for joint activities.
Whether you already have an established connection with a colleague at the partner organization or are looking for new contacts, the event offers an opportunity to take the next step towards collaboration.
The programme will feature presentations selected from abstracts submitted by researchers from both organizations, focusing on areas of shared interest between MET and the Anthem Foundation. All participants are welcome to submit an abstract and contribute to the programme. The presentations will be followed by a matchmaking session, providing an opportunity to connect with potential collaborators and explore concrete opportunities for joint activities.
From ideas to collaboration
The event is intended as a starting point for further collaboration. Participants will be encouraged to continue discussions after the event and develop concrete ideas for joint research and innovation activities.
To support this, both organizations have allocated 25 000€ each for collaboration vouchers. The vouchers, worth 5 000€ each, are intended to support researcher visits and short stays at the partner organization and other activities that help build new collaborations and turn initial ideas into concrete joint activities.
The vouchers can provide support for taking the next step after the event — for example, by bringing research group members together, exploring a joint research idea or preparing a grant application together.
