Participation fees
Early bird 550 EUR (620 EUR from 1 April onwards)
Early bird, BSc/MSc/PhD students 290 EUR (350 EUR from 1 April onwards)
The fees include:
– participation to the scientific programme
– publication fee for one article per registered attendee in AIMS Geosciences (a fee of 300 EUR will be charged for each additional article)
– coffee breaks and lunches on each full day of the conference
– pre-conference reception on 4 June in Tampere Hall
– conference dinner on 5 June at restaurant Koski (Kirkkokatu 10, 33200 Tampere)
– possible additional events, covered by our sponsors, such as sauna experience and site visit (for a limited number of attendees)
The fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
The participation fee(s) and possible extra fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email. Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose online banking as their payment method. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 15 May 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
