Participation in the Spring School requires registration from all participants, including students, academic and adminstrative staff from the partners and associate partners.

Registration includes hotel accommodation in Helsinki before the Spring School for those participants travelling from outside Finland according to the dates specified in the registration.
The registration includes the ferry cruise with a A-class cabin with single (academics) or double occupancy (students) for 2 nights. The meals during the Spring School, lunch on the departure day (Wednesday April 3), breakfasts, coffee breaks and dinners on the ferry, are included.
The registration does not include lunch on Thursday April 4 as participants can spend free time in Stockholm (between 10 a.m – 3 p.m) or during the possible travel date before the participation.
The registration does not cover any travels. The travel costs coverage of the participants are handled by the EuroPhotonics coordinator, Aix-Marseille. There are no tranport services from the airport to the hotel or the harbour and back. Please see the Travel instructions page on how to reach the hotel and the ferry terminal by public transport.
The registration does not include participation of other accompanying persons such as family members.
If participants wich to stay in Finland for additional days (e.g. during the weekend), they will need to cover their accommodation costs themselves.
