The EuroPhotonics Consortium meeting is only for the invited academic and admistrative representatives of the EuroPhotonics partner universities and associate partner universities.
The Consortium meeting is arranged in Helsinki on Tuesday April 2, 2024 in Hotel Scandic Marina Congress.
The morning is reserved for the EuroPhotonics partner meeting and the associated partners are invited to join in the meeting for lunch at 12, afternoon meeting, as well as the Consortium dinner.
The consortia members and associate partner representatives are offered accommodation in Helsinki during the meeting between Monday April 1 and Wednesday April 3 before the Spring School. All Consortium meeting participants are also invited to participate in the Spring School.
