Europhotonics Spring School 2024 programme
Participant who are travelling from outside of Finland have been reserved accommodation in Helsinki before the Spring school. Please see your accommodation info in Helsinki in the General Information page
Meeting time in the Ferry terminal (Olympiaranta) is at 11:00 on April 3, 2024. The access to ferry opens at 11:30 on Wednesday April 3.
The cabins are not yet available at the beginning of the programme and participants should come to the conference center, on Deck 6. There will be a luggage storage room available for your convenience.
The programme starts with lunch buffet served in the conference room lobby at 12-13 and the academic programme starts at 13:00

You need to be back on the ferry at 16:00 at the latest, or you will not be allowed to board. If you miss the boarding time, you are responsible for arranging your travel from Stockholm. (Ferry leaves from Stockholm at 16:45)
