- exhibition area with a table (140 x 70 cm), two chairs and roll-up space
- one complimentary delegate (access to both scientific and social programme), please register delegate as a sponsor delegate with the participants’ registration form

- the organisers are happy to discuss with the company about the details of the package
Payment
The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish companies can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. If you choose payment with an invoice, please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.
Please note that the orders are binding and non-refundable.
Exhibition
The exhibition is located in the Tampere University Arvo building at Kauppi campus (Arvo Ylpön katu 34, Tampere) in room Yellow hall. The exhibition needs to be set up by the start of the symposium on Thursday 11 September at 9 am and it must be kept in place until the end of the symposium programme on Friday 12 September at 2.30 pm.
It is possible to set up the exhibition on Wednesday 10 September from 12 pm until 6 pm and on Thursday 11 September from 8 am onwards. The exhibition needs to be dismantled by 4 pm on Friday 12 September. The House Managers of the Arvo building will help in practical matters, if needed.
