Participation fees
The registration includes the symposium programme, coffee breaks, lunches, and the get-together. The fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
- Normal registration: 250€
- PhD students: 105€
- The symposium dinner on 11 September: 55€, including a 3-course dinner with drinks. The same fee applies also to an accompanying person.
The participation fee(s) and possible dinner fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email. Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose online banking as their payment method. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 20 August 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The dinner fee will not be refunded separately if a participant cancels their participation to the dinner. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
