Registration fee:
The registration includes symposium program, coffee breaks, lunches, and Get-together.
- Registration – 250€
- Registration for a PhD Student – 105€
- The symposium dinner on September 11 – 55€ including a 3-course dinner with drinks. The same fee applies also to an accompanying person.
The registration and the dinner are to be paid for when signing into the event.
Payment methods:
The expenses are checked out in signing into the symposium and payment is by credit card. The Finnish participants may also choose online banking, or invoicing when providing functional details. The billing supplement of 20€ will be added for each invoicing request.
Cancellation policy:
The registration cancelled by August 24 will be refunded, excluding the invoicing fee. No refund is able to be issued for cancellations after this date nor for the no-shows. The registered participation is possible to transfer to another person in the same organization without extra charge. In case of cancellations and participant replacing, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
