Registration is required of each delegate regardless of the participation category.
Please notice that you have to pay the ISOS membership fee for 1.5.2019 – 30.4.2020 before registering for the Social Ontology 2019 conference. Please see https://isosonline.org/join-us.
To keep costs affordable for everyone, the basic registration fee is based on a substantial subsidy. If you have the means (or reimbursement account), we ask if you can register as a supporter to help defray the cost of your attendance.

The participation fees include the conference programme, lunches, coffee breaks and City of Tampere Reception on Thursday 22 August.

Payment:
The fee(s) is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges).
Cancellation policy:
For cancellations received by 7 August 2019, the paid fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be for the registrants account. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
