Registration and fees

The registration fees include access to the scientific programme and exhibition, meals and refreshments during lunch and coffee breaks at the congress venue, as well as the Welcome Reception. Conference Dinner tickets can be purchased separately.

The online participation fee entitles participants to follow the keynote and parallel sessions, without the on-site elements included in the full registration. If the minimum number of online participants required to cover costs is not reached, the organizers reserve the right to cancel online registrations by 15 April. In the event of a cancellation, online registration fees will be fully refunded.

Training Courses are offered for an additional fee to a set number of participants. Please note that some training courses take place at Tampere Surgical Education Centre, approximately 4 km from the congress venue. Reaching the location requires a short tram ride and a brief walk.

Registration guidelines

Payment methods: Credit card, PDF invoice (bank transfer), or e-invoice (Finnish organizations only, a 15 EUR invoicing fee will be added).

VAT is not applied to registration fees. Registration is finalized upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Substitutions from the same organization are allowed if the new participant is not already registered. In line with our sustainability principles and to help reduce food waste, we strongly encourage you to cancel your registration if you will not attend the conference or social events. All cancellations and requests for registration transfers must be sent by email to sns2026@taloevents.fi

You can submit the registration form for either a single participant or a group sharing the same payment details. After the registration is submitted, every group member will automatically receive a personal confirmation to review their participation information.

When registering a group, the system automatically creates a single payment covering all payable items for the entire group. As the group contact, please make sure all payable selections for every participant are final before submitting. If a payable item must be added afterwards, the system will automatically generate an additional credit card payment or invoice. Invoices will not be edited after they have been issued.

Note for TAU Staff whose fee TAU covers: please send details required for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee (your faculty, the person who approves the costs, and the cost unit or the project number) to sns2026@taloevents.fi to receive a personal registration link.
