Participation fees
Early bird 400 EUR (valid until 30 September 2026)
Normal fee 450 EUR (from 1 October 2026 onwards)
Doctoral students 270 EUR
The participation fees include the conference programme, scheduled coffees and lunches, the City of Tampere reception and the Tampere Sauna Experience on 24 November, and the Conference dinner on 25 November.
All the fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 3 November, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
