Participation fee
The participation fee is 325 EUR and it includes participation to the scientific programme, lunches and coffees during the conference days as well as the City of Tampere reception and the conference dinner on 14 May. The fee is VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email. Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose online banking as their payment method. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 23 April 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
