Fees cover access to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, the conference dinner, and the welcome reception (including transportation between the conference and reception venues).
Student participation is intended for bachelor, master, and doctoral students.
The online attendance fee covers access to keynote speeches and some panels.
The conference is primarily organized face-to-face, but we will be following the pandemic restrictions.
SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PRESENTERS
We are now able to offer a limited number of scholarships to make the participation easier for those PhD students and early career postdocs presenting their paper at the conference who wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend on venue. This scholarship is made possible and funded by the Changing (In)Fertilities project.
The scholarship covers the registration fee including access to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, the conference dinner, and the welcome reception (including transportation between the conference and reception venues). Travels and accommodation are not included in the scholarship. The scholarship cannot be used for online attendance.
To apply for the scholarship please send an email to the conference secretary (email@example.com) describing your situation and why you are applying. The deadline for applications is April 24th.
All the applicants will be informed about the outcome of the selection process in the last week of April. The instructions for registration will be provided for the scholarship recipients.
The participation fee(s) is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (invoicing fee of 20 EUR will be added) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice (only one invoicing fee charged). The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary fee of 20 EUR (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.
Please note that the members of a group registration can change their information through the Edit your information link in their personal confirmation e-mail.
For cancellations received by May 15 th 2022, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be for the registrants account. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
