Participation fees
The early bird fee is 100 EUR (valid until 15 September) and regular fee is 120 EUR (from 16 September onwards). The participation fee includes the conference programme, scheduled coffees and lunches. The conference dinner on 20 November costs 40 EUR. All the fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made by credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference. For cancellations received by 5 October 2026, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded. After this date, no refunds will be made for cancellations. The dinner fee is non-refundable if only the dinner participation is cancelled. Participation can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
