You can register here. Please note that the number of participants is limited. Selection will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, pending approval by the school chairs. Please upload a CV in when pre-registering for the chairs to review. Also indicate whether you are planning to present a poster at the poster session. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a link by email for paying the registration fees. Note that payment will be by credit card only. Instructions will be provided in the registration process. The registration fee will be € 850 and will cover the full board accommodation (breakfasts, lunches and dinners) in shared room (two students per room). The registration fees include attendance to all lectures, participation to the special events in the evening, coffee breaks, and the use of hotel facilities. Please note that no registration fees will be reimbursed once the registration is closed. Unfortunately, we can not provide any travel support of fee waiver.
