Call for Abstracts

  • Abstract submission DL is 4.10.2024 at midnight.

We welcome you to share your ongoing research and knowledge with the community! The MET Research Day brings together researchers and students from the MET Faculty from clinical medicine, cell and molecular biology, biophysics, and biomedical informatics and engineering. There will also be some participants from other faculties, PIRHA and companies. The aim is to establish collaboration networks, improve our multidisciplinary research, and increase our interaction with the biomedical industry.

Based on the abstracts, the Scientific Committee will decide who will be chosen to give a research presentation, to give a poster pitch, or to present a poster.  The Scientific Committee will primarily select abstracts with i) multidisciplinary clarity and ii) high scientific content. Check the instructions for preparing the abstracts under the Abstract instructions.

Selected abstracts will be compiled to the MET Research Day website. The abstracts will be openly available online if you allow it while submitting your abstract. If you do not want to publish your abstract, you can prevent it on the submission form. Note, however, that the event itself is public.

Once the abstracts have been assessed by the Scientific Committee, the submitters will be contacted. Presentation instructions will be updated on the Research Day website.

Note that abstract submission is not a registration. Registration needs to be done separately.
