Regrettably we are not in a position to be able to offer a fully hybrid conference experience with our small team. However, we do want to engage and include as many of our MEL alumni as possible. We will therefore attempt to arrange for the keynote speaker presentations on Thursday 18 August to be streamed live.
We would also like to offer alumni the opportunity to present Roundtable sessions and 10 15 30+ Presentations remotely via Zoom if they are not able to come to Finland. Please consider sharing your knowledge and expertise related to the conference theme with the MEL community.
We would therefore like to invite alumni to also submit applications under these categories using the form on our Call for Participation page.
Send your submissions using the same form but please highlight that you will present remotely in your description of the session on the submission form.
If you will be joining the MELposium remotely for those sessions that we are able to stream or facilitate through Zoom, then please also use the preregistration form and also indicate that your attendance will be online.
We look forward to receiving more submissions for participation and pre-registrations before the end of May, for both live sessions in Tampere and those who will join us online.
