57. Linguistisches Kolloquium

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,
ganz herzlich laden wir Sie ein, am 57. Linguistischen Kolloquium (LingColl2022) teilzunehmen, das vom 21. bis 23.9.2022 an der Universität Tampere stattfinden wird. Das traditionsreiche internationale Kolloquium wird ausgerichtet vom Studienprogramm Sprachen der Universität Tampere.
Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu dürfen,

Das Linguistische Kolloquium wurde 1966 in Hamburg gegründet und war seitdem in bislang 18 europäischen Ländern zu Gast. Das Kolloquium widmet sich der Erforschung von Sprache und Sprachen in allen Teilbereichen der Linguistik. Es ist offen für unterschiedliche theoretische Zugänge und möchte durch seine kooperative Diskussionskultur optimale Voraussetzungen für den fruchtbaren Austausch von Forschungsideen und -ergebnissen schaffen.
Vom 21. bis 23.9.2022 findet das Linguistische Kolloquium nun erstmals im Land der 1000 Seen statt, in Tampere, der größten Binnenstadt der nordischen Länder, die idyllisch zwischen den Seen Näsijärvi und Pyhäjärvi gelegen ist. Tampere wurde im Jahre 1779 gegründet und verbindet auf unnachahmliche Weise Tradition und Fortschritt, Urbanität und Landleben.

Beiträge
Die Konferenzsprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch. Darüber hinaus freuen wir uns auf Beiträge in den Amtssprachen des Gastgeberlandes, d.h. auf Finnisch und auf Schwedisch.
Die Länge der Abstracts sollte max. 300 Wörter (ohne Literaturangaben) umfassen.
Die Dauer der Sektionsbeiträge sollte 20 Min. nicht überschreiten, um Gelegenheit für Fragen und Diskussion zu gewährleisten und einen Raumwechsel zu ermöglichen.
Ausgewählte Beiträge (Begutachtung im Doppel-Blindverfahren) werden im Anschluss an die Konferenz in einem wissenschaftlichen Verlag publiziert.

Konferenzgebühr
Die Konferenzgebühr beläuft sich auf 120 € bzw. 70 € für Studierende und Doktorand(inn)en.
In der Konferenzgebühr enthalten sind:
- Konferenzmaterialien
- Verpflegung in den Pausen
- drei Mittagessen in der Mensa während der Konferenztage
- Empfang durch die Stadt Tampere
Die Konferenz ist als Präsenz-Veranstaltung geplant. Es herrschen die aktuellen Corona-Bestimmungen, Änderungen sind daher möglich. Die Organisationskomitee behält sich vor, die Konferenz online durchzuführen, falls die Pandemielage dies erforderlich machen sollte.

Dear colleagues,
we are delighted to welcome you to participate in the 57th Linguistics Colloquium (LingColl2022) taking place at Tampere University 21-23 September 2022. The international colloquium, steeped in tradition, will be organised by the Degree Programme in Languages at Tampere University.
We are pleased to announce that our keynote speakers are

- Dr. Marc Kupietz, Leibniz Institute for the German Language (IDS)
The Linguistics Colloquium found its origins in Hamburg in 1966 and has been held since in 18 European countries. The colloquium specialises in the study of language and languages in all branches of linguistics. It is open for different theoretical approaches and wishes to provide the optimal conditions for a fruitful exchange of research ideas and results.
For the first time ever, in 21-23 September the colloquium will be held in the land of the thousands of lakes, at Tampere, the largest inland city in the Nordic countries. The city provides an idyllic scene, located between two lakes, Lake Näsijärvi and Lake Pyhäjärvi. Tampere was founded in 1779 and provides an inimitable combination of tradition and progress, urban and rural living.

Presentations
The conference languages are German and English. In addition to that, we invite presentations in the languages of the host country, that is, Finnish and Swedish.
The abstracts should be approximately / max. 300 words (without references).
Individual papers should not exceed 20 minutes in length in order to provide the opportunity for questions and discussion and to allow for changing sections.
The conference proceedings, containing papers accepted through double blind review will be published by a scholarly publisher.

Conference fees
The conference fee is 120 euros, 70 euros for students and doctoral students.

The conference is planned as an onsite event. Depending on COVID-19 restrictions, changes are possible. The Organising Committee reserves the right to move the conference online, in case the pandemic makes this necessary.
