Early bird 350 EUR until 9 October 2022
Regular 500 EUR
Online 200 EUR
The participation fees include the conference programme, lunches and coffee breaks and conference dinner on 29 November 2022.
PAYMENT
The participation fee(s) is/are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card. A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate, the invoice can’t be changed afterwards.CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations received by 15 November 2022, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. An existing registration can be transferred to another person from the same organisation at no extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
