Registration Fees
The registration fee is paid when registering for the event. All full and student registrations include participation in the conference program, social events, meals, coffee breaks, and access to materials.
There is a substantial discount for the participants of the co-located IPIN 2026 conference.

Here is the link to the registration form. Please note that for the 2026 event the registrations are taken by our Italian partner agency. You can register to just ICL-GNSS, to IPIN only, or both.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy for Congress on-site fees, optional tours and Congress dinner:
- Full refund for cancellations received before August 1st, 2026 (11:59 PM CET); (please note: 20 € will be withheld for administrative practices);
- 50% refund for cancellations received between August 2nd and September 3rd, 2026 (11:59 PM CEST);
- No refunds will be granted after September 3rd, 2026 (11:59 PM CET).
All refunds will be processed starting from one month after the Conference. A 20 € bank commission expense will be charged.
Access to Papers
We will give access to the final paper files for the time of the conference (+ a few days before and after) through ConfTool for those registered to ICL-GNSS.
