Registration Fees
The registration fee is paid when registering for the event. All full and student registrations include participation in the conference program, social events, meals, coffee breaks, and access to materials.
There will be a substantial discount for the participants of the co-located IPIN 2026 conference.

There is no specific program included in the accompanying person registration, just participation in the meals, coffee breaks and social events. The accompanying person registration does not entitle entrance to the conference sessions or access to conference materials.
Author registration
Each accepted paper requires a registration before the author registration deadline. Only one paper can be associated with an individual registration. Each accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors.
Cancellations
For cancellations received by 15 September 2026, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.

Access to Papers
We will give access to the final paper files for the time of the conference (+ a few days before and after) through ConfTool for those registered.
