All papers must be submitted online through the EasyChair system (Link) and will undergo a double-blind review process. The conference welcomes both completed research and research-in-progress submissions. Complete research papers should not exceed 12 pages and research-in-progress papers should be no longer than 7 pages, including all content.

The camera-ready version should strictly follow the Springer template. Two documents should be submitted for accepted papers.
- The camera-ready manuscript (submit through EasyChair system).
- Signed copyright form (submit to the conference email i3e2026@gmail.com).

Submissions accepted for I3E 2026 will be included in the Springer-published proceedings and presented at the conference. Registration and presentation at the conference is required.
