All papers must be submitted online through the EasyChair system (Link) and will undergo a double-blind review process. The conference welcomes both completed research and research-in-progress submissions. Complete research papers should not exceed 12 pages and research-in-progress papers should be no longer than 7 pages, including all content.

Submissions accepted for I3E 2026 will be included in the Springer-published proceedings and presented at the conference. Registration and presentation at the conference is required.
