Submit a poster abstract to have the opportunity to share your work with a range of experts across the SDOH field!

Posters will be displayed during the conference and dedicated time is planned in the program for authors to discuss their work with seminar participants on day 2. This poster session will provide a forum for authors to present their work in an informal and interactive setting. Posters are ideal for presenting latest results or for introducing innovative work. The poster session also provides authors and participants with the ability to connect with each other and engage in discussion about the work.

Poster authors will also have the opportunity to showcase their poster on the GNHiAP website and social media after the event.

Authors will be asked to submit an electronic version of their poster according to the guidelines below, along with material for social media dissemination. The organizing committee will be responsible for printing and installing the poster onsite.
