Please register for the FERA Conference on Education 2026 with this form by 28 July 2026.
We reiterate that FERA and ECER are separate conferences, although taking place at Tampere University during the same week. Please register to ECER/ERC through their own website.
Participation fees
FERA members: 100 EUR
Non-members: 120 EUR
Emeritus/emerita: 60 EUR
Full-time students: 50 EUR
The registration fee includes the conference programme, coffee breaks and lunch. The dinner on 17 August 2026 at Komediateatteri Palace costs 45 EUR.
The student fee is exclusively for undergraduate and postgraduate students (PhD, master’s and bachelor’s students).
All the fees are VAT 0 % (VAT 0 %, VAT will not be added).
Payment
The registration fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made by credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 28 July 2026, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded. After this date, the registration will become binding, and no refund will be made for cancellations. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The dinner fee will not be refunded separately if a participant cancels their participation to the dinner. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
