Registration and fees

Registrations will open soon and will be available through our registration system HERE.

*Student fees are exclusively for undergraduate and postgraduate students (PhD, master’s, and bachelor’s students) 

*Registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunch.  

*We reiterate that FERA and ECER are separate conferences, although taking place at Tampere University during the same week. Please register to ECER/ERC through their own website. 

 

Dinner fee 

Dinner reservations will be paid separately, ordered using the same registration system. Dinner will take place on Monday at 18:30 at Komediateatterin Palatsi, a cultural landmark in Tampere at the heart of the city. Dinner includes a welcome sparkling wine and a glass of wine with the meal (please indicate on the registration form if you wish non-alcoholic sparkling).  

 

Payment 

The registration and dinner fees are paid at the time of registration. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi. 

 

Cancellation policy 

According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by the 16th of July 2025, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations, refund requests, and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
