Participation fees (VAT 0%)
The participation fee includes the conference materials and coffee breaks.

Reduced fee (students, unemployed, pensioners, persons on parental leave) 40€
Dinner 35€ (includes an aperitiv of sparkling wine, a vegan dinner buffet, as well as a concert by Piia Viitanen after dinner)
The participation fee is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (invoicing fee of 20 EUR will be added) or online banking as their payment method. If you choose payment with an invoice, please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary 20 EUR (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.
ETMU-membership
The conference is cheaper for members of the Finnish Society for the Study of Ethnic Relations and International Migration. In order to apply for ETMU-membership, you need to fill out this form:

The membership fee is 30 € (regular), 20€ for students (graduate studies), unemployed and pensioners, and there is a supporting membership fee of 50€. Please make sure to apply for membership and pay the fee well before the closing date of the conference. If you fail to apply for membership in time, you will need to pay the higher conference fee for non-members.
ETMU’s membership administrator is Teemu Pauha (teemu.pauha[at]helsinki.fi). He will contact you once your membership has been accepted.
