Those who have submitted an abstract will receive a notification of acceptance via email by 1 February 2022.

Please register for the conference by filling out the registration form. The link to the registration form will also be sent via email to those whose papers have been accepted to the conference. Once you have registered for the conference you will receive confirmation via email.


The conference package/fee includes refreshments during coffee breaks, two lunches, a wine and cheese reception on both days, and a conference dinner. Please, note that if your co-authors wish to participate in the event, they also have to pay the registration fee separately. The fees are:

  • Students (Bachelor/Master’s Degree): 150,00 €
  • ESA Members: 200,00 €
  • Non-ESA members: 250,00 €

Please double-check the status of your ESA membership before registering!

Participants need to pay for their accommodation separately. The conference organizers have negotiated special reduced prices with the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort for the conference participants. You can find instructions for booking your room and for travelling from the Larnaca airport to the hotel on the Practical information page. Note that you need to book your room by 4 May if you wish to enjoy the reduced price.

The participation fee is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing  (invoicing fee of 20 EUR will be added) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice (only one invoicing fee charged). The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary fee of 20 EUR (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.

NB! TAU Staff member: Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select TAU Staff Member (internal transfer).


For cancellations received by 31 March 2022, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be the registrant’s responsibility. An existing registration can be transferred to another person from the same organisation at no extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to
