CoE AgeCare member refers to those currently affiliated in one of the research groups of the University of Jyväskylä, Tampere University or University of Helsinki. Other refers to all other participants including collaborators.
The registration fee includes the conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches according to the programme. The fee also includes participation to the social programme.
The links to the online participation will be sent to all registerered participants.
The maximum number of participants is limited and those submitted an abstract are prioritised.
PAYMENT
The participation fee(s) is/are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (invoicing fee of 20 EUR will be added) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice (only one invoicing fee charged). The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary fee of 20 EUR (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations received by 15 May 2022, the paid participation fees will be refunded, except for the online participation fee and the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
