Please note:
- The rates include a cocktail reception at the Old City Hall.
- The rates are preliminary and will be confirmed by the opening of the registration. The rates may not increase, but they may decrease if sponsorships are secured.
- Accompanying persons are welcome to join the dinner with the same rate as the conference attendees.
All the fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Submission and registration dates
Abstract/short paper submission
May 30, 2025 (at the latest)
We encourage authors to submit early, for contributions are sent to peer review as soon as they are received.
Acceptance notifications
June 30, 2025 (at the latest)
Acceptance decisions are made as soon as the contribution has been peer reviewed and if needed, revised.
Presenters’ registration deadline
June 30, 2025 (early registration rate)
August 15, 2025 (late registration rate)
