Please note:
- The rates include a cocktail reception at the Old City Hall, and lunch and coffee service at the conference center.
- Accompanying persons are welcome to join the dinner with the same rate as the conference attendees.
All the fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).

Acceptance decisions were made as soon as the contribution had been peer reviewed and if needed, revised.

July 31, 2025 (early registration rate, presenters only)
August 31, 2025 (student and late registration rates, both presenters and audience members)
